Cover redesign--
The back cover of this book was revised (October
2005) to include the wonderful trade reviews it has received. The
text was revised at the same time for the sake of journalistic
integrity. With tongue-in-cheek embarrassment, I now know the
difference between wench and winch. I laugh.
Book Signings--
I am available for book signings and appearances upon
request.
Additional works--
On July 2, 2009, my article "Trip to China" was
published in our local newspaper. After a 3 month trip to the
Orient, my subsequent submission "Mountain Biking to the Jade Dragon
Bridge" highlighted an adventure Precious and I had
undertaken. The article can be viewed at

I hope you like it.
A basis for a
romantic comedy lies within--
Envision if you will
a romantic comedy based upon three very-unlikely scenarios: playing
Romeo and Juliet in Venice, Italy, during Carnevale (Ch. 1),
being startled by Pegasus at a finca during the Ferria
of Sevilla, Spain, (Ch. 4) and our stay in Dinklesbuhl, Germany,
singing and drinking with the Night Watchman as we toured the
ancient town during the nightly tradition (Ch. 7).
These real-life
adventures were anything but contrived and the resulting innocence,
with an almost dare-devil-like challenge to travel, combined with a
self-deprecating sense of humor, is the right formula for sweet
story-telling.
